Your account
Two ways to do it. Both delete the same thing.
Open Qa’na, go to Settings, and choose Delete account. It takes effect immediately. You do not need to contact us first.
Email info@qanadating.com from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account.
We reply within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30. We check that the request comes from the account holder before deleting anything, which is why this route is handled by a person.
Your account and the data attached to it: your profile and photos, your faith and location details, your matches and connections, your messages, your likes, and your blocks.
This cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no way to recover the account afterwards.
Reports you filed about other members
Kept, with your name removed. Deleting these would let someone erase the evidence against another member by closing their own account.
Reports other members filed about you
Kept, for the same reason.
Aggregate counts with nothing personal in them
Kept. These cannot be traced back to you.
